Hi
I will be going to North Cape (Norway)this summer end of june early july.I will do all the major nice fjord and the mountain passes, round trip from Bergen approx 6000-6500km.
I have done this trip 10 times now and cant get enough even if I am norwegian.
Trip duration approx 12-14 days (I have done it in 6)but prefer early evenings with a few beer, getting older i quess(60).
If anyone interested in joining send me a note on the forum.

I think a group of 4-8 people would be na nice number.
When you travel in Norway I usualy rent a small cottage on the camping ground .It can normaly sleep 4 persons and cost antything from 20-60£(5-10£each) a night depending on the standard ie shower and toilet inside insted of a dedicated shower\toilet house on the camping site.
If you are loaded there is also nice hotels at all the major sites at about 60-80£ a night for a dobbel room including breakfast.

Great offer Geir and I would really like to join, but I can't because I can't go on such a long vacation without my daughters and wife.

I hope to do the North Cape trip by bike sometime in the future when my daughters grow up and go on their own way during summer holiday!

Hope you'll find some nice companions on your trip[nod]

Sounds great but this year being 100 years of Scouting my Scout Leader activities are using up all my spare time.
Very tempting.. myabe if I had a nervous brekdown and needed a few weeks away to recoup...
Oh well you can but dream.

Hello
Come on boys or girls,we are talking midnight sun riding on almost deserted twisting roads, you only have to look out for crossing reindeers.
I know its not easy to get some quality time for yourself, hope you get a chance to do this trip aleast once in your life.
I have been riding bikes for 46 years, but always come back to this trip.
For people interested in landscape photografi it is a must.:D

Cheers
