I've gotten word that F800Depot.com will begin selling parts / accesories in about 30-40 days. If you don't know about this site already, they have been processing our Supporting Membership signups for about a month now (very well actually) and are affiliated with an authorized BMW Motorrad Dealership - so they can sell BMW parts.

The question here - What would you like to see them sell?

Hugger, Hugger, Hugger !

Black plastic or paintable plastic though as I'm not a fan of Carbon Fibre

[lol2]

Just a reminder to everyone to be as specific as possible.

The word I've gotten is that there will be a bit of a discount - but nothing huge. There will however be a donation made for each order to F800Riders.org, promotions at various times, and specials for Supporting Members... or at least that's that plan.

Yes and yes. International shipping most likely will be on a case by case basis. I cant imagine F800Depot.com shipping to Indonesia or Nigeria. :D

For starters:
Mirror spacers.
A fix for the poorly engineered kick stand.
Peg lowering system.
A loud horn that fits the ST.

Stainless steel fixings kit would do nicely, thank you!

Full size convex mirrors - stick on would do. Not much needed, just 1-2degrees probably, because if too convex the objects will appear too small and far away. There's gotta be someone out there who makes these things and I am sure everyone who owns an F800 would buy a set.

A horn that is loud and fits in the space available.

Everything supplied must fit the F800 and come with great instructions.

Mirror spacers for sure.

High quality LED lights for the rear, including instructions as to how to wire them into the computer.

hugger -- high quality, perhaps painted in original factory colors (well, I can dream can't I??)

BMW F800 compatible paddock stands, especially one for the rear.

Windscreens -- several types and sizes would be nice

touch-up paint in factory colors

softer hand grips to use with the OE heated grips.

fuse blocks for add-on accessories.

several types of tank bags

High quality polo shirt with collars with emblem/logo

High quality baseball hats with emblem/logo

shop manual on CD/DVD

Schuberth C2 visors (in fact, how about F800Depot.com becoming the US Schuberth distributor?)

Beautiful girl with long blonde --- oops, wrong web-site, sorry.

As previously suggested by others, I'd also like to see windscreens and touch-up paint, among other standard 'maintenance' items like oil filters, etc.

I'd also be interested to see Exhaust systems - Remus Titanium Power Cone perhaps?

Incidentally, I called the dealer earlier today and they don't even have the part number for the Red touch-up paint in their system yet. However, I just double-checked and it seems that the paint color and code (Flame Red - 695) are the same as my '99 F650 that I happened to trade in on the 800S... I thought it looked similar, but I never had a chance to see them side-by-side to compare =)
