I am looking to purchase a new 800 ST with some meaningful discounts off of MSRP currently my dealer is offering a 2% discount, not meaningful. Is anyone aware of better offers to be had on the west coast?

There's not a lot of wiggle room for the dealer in the price of the bike. They can discount accessories, though. So buy the bike, pay list, just like most of us did, load it up with accessories, and ask for a 10% discount on them.

they're selling brand new ST's out here for $11,500

i'd say that BMW-Dick is right...

BUT if you want to be a the1sen-dick, like me, you can tell them you will buy the bike at their discount if you can get all your accessories at cost plus 10%. and in my case it worked.

i got the BMW trunk, and the bags for about $630, OTD
