Why is there a 12 month warranty? Didn't it originally come with a 3 year warranty? Isn't the balance of the warranty transferable?

I checked with the dealer who said you get a 24 month warranty in the UK... thus leaving 12 months.

I'm quite willing to escort the bike over to the US, all I would require was shipping and expenses! [lol]

Here in the UK we only get 24 months warranty :(, which is crap compared to other countries which get 36 months.

Dr Z, you could always use your bike for seating in the new house, and the cases for storage, then you could keep it!
