Like new. ~3K miles. I am contemplating selling this as a save-up-for-house thang, or I'd keep it.

Heated grips.
Center stand.
Low seat.
BMW hard bags.
Broken in by-the-book.

In lovely condition.

NADA and KBB are of no use in pricing. I'm asking $13K.

Nice bike. I like the pink helmet too.

Keep the bike for another 12-18 months until Nor-Cal real estate settles out. At $700k for an average house in San Jose, an extra $13k in hand probably won't make much of a difference. Or sell it and buy an F650 plus an old bike so you can ride the Moto Melee, NorCal TT, etc.
