    I did have one but can't locate it currently.
    It's pretty much useless as all the responses from them boiled down to:

    "Thanks for contacting us. We've forwarded your email to your regional BMW representative but we direct all owners to contact their local BMW dealer for up to date information and support"

    Which as we know is variable at best
    Flame red F800s as of Nov 2006. Watch for me around North London.

    And the more so since I must complain about BMW Canada and their contempt of customers and their arrogance. Thanks, Pat.

    First of all, they want to charge me 115$ Can. for a second metal key, which I find outrageous since many people got their second key for free by just ordering them from their dealer when buying the bike. This is in the UK and the US, so it is not a BMW Germany policy. And also since they now give you two keys with the 2009 models. Two, when I sent them a mail, complaining about this, and asking if this decision could be reversed, they didn't even bother to reply to my mail. And it is not the first time they give me this silent treatment. Contemptuous and arrogant, these people.
