that put's me at ~7,000 miles altogether on the new bikes - the GT & the GS - in the six-weeks I've owned them - way too much fun!
Crash bars, skid plate, . . . for the GS should show up this week - gotta do install, then it's on- & off-road to add to the fun!!

7000 miles in six weeks ..? I'd wish I had the time to do that... 7000 miles takes me a whole year! Must rethink my priorities

I was feeling smug with 3500 miles in 3 months... not so smug now!

I live in small town in northern Wyoming - if it takes me more than 10 minutes to get out of town, I'm doing something wrong
and there are hundreds and hundreds of miles of roads to travel in WY MT SD ND . . . this last weekend I got in ~740 miles between the two days -
you'd do it if you could

Sounds incredible. I have the same situation here in the Colorado Rockies. The only problem you and I face is the length of the riding season -- here, it's only about five months long, and then the snow returns.
