I decided for painting my F8R since in Brazil there is few Chris Feiffer models imported.

since I didn't like the blue color in the original one, changed it for the cobalt blue of S1000RR.

and after a rear wheel in Blue, I decided to re-paint it in white, more symmetric...

    Before Decals, just painted

    painting+decals

Final result with wheels in white

    regards!

Hi Euro-Brazil and welcome to the forum. Nice paintjob!

Because you are a new user with a low post-count and you use a lot of url's in your posting our fully automatic anti-spam system marked your thread as 'moderated' which means a mod has to approve it before it becomes visible to all users.

I've approved it now (and I have deleted your second attempt) so now it's visible for all. As long as your post-count is in single digits the same thing might happen again. If it does wait for a day to see if one of us is awake enough (unlike Philip ) to approve it if not PM me or one of the other mods and ask him to approve your message.

    "Thanks a heap"...Philip

Wow great amazing job! Did you do it yourself or it was done by a professional? Are the red stripes painted or they are decals?

    tks buddies.

red stripes and logos are all decals.

painting was done by my official mechanic, a local small office (that supported the first Brazilian pilot in the 2012 NorthWest in Isle of Man), and decals in a specialized plotted decal store.

Just for comparison in terms of service price among countries, it cost USD 500.00 for the blue and white painting (fairings + wheels) + USD 130.00 for the decals.
Have no idea on how much it would have cost in the US or Europe.
    Do you guess?

I'm with everybody else. Like it a lot!

Of course, I thought it looked pretty handsome in an understated way at just cobalt blue/white. You needs an aftermarket exhaust though. Slim the back end down a bit.

    Hello everyone.
As the bike's Euro_Brazil, this also my custom.
I replaced the exhaust with a Termignoni.
    What do you think?

I like the painted snorkel cover. Slick. I know that Termi is top quality stuff. I think I saw a link to a video clip. I'll have to check that out. I wish it was slightly shorter front to back. But if you're happy, that's what matters. The bike looks great!

I produced a video with the sound of the original exhaust and the sound of Termignoni.
From well to realize the difference of the original sound and the replacement with the dB killer removed. If you can, take a look there. Thank you.

These are chinese cnc aluminum mirros.
    They are rizoma copy.
Pretty but too small for daily ride. Vibration is ok on the road, but far less regulation option, because you need a screwdriver for every movement on it.
The screw to mount it on the handlebar was not the bmw pattern and I had to buy one on the after market

In summary, not the best deal, but ok

Bought it in ebay, from a seller located in UK.
It is fiber glass molded cow, not perfect fitment , but ok.

    Don't remember his name/user.
