I use the attached checklist for standard servicing of my May 2007 F800ST - find it useful to have everything on one page and a place to tick things off, write down measured values (eg valve clearances) and make notes.
Doesn't mention re-setting the service reminder (mine doesn't have one, although my GS-911 would handle that).
Have updated it with anti-freeze type (nitrite free).

I just spent quite some time searching the forum for a quote of the torque spec for the OEM center stand bolts, but was unsuccessful. After finding a Windows XP computer and checking the Service Manual DVD, I finally got the value: 40 Nm. I'm posting it here in case it's useful to others.
(I will be going on a longer trip in a few days, so wanted to make sure these bolts were tight before heading off.)
