it is all running from the relay which is wired in a way so as the battery connects to all things when the relay is switched by the stock bmw gps wiring has power. i went out to fix it and it is all...
i think that switching out the relay for a new one might be the go, i`ll check for water in it as well after i remove it, cheers Bever

yes DJ123, that`s how i`ve wired in LEDs, GPS and USB/volt meter and it`s worked very well for 18 months in 40degree heat, sun, rain and zero degrees celcuis, it finally turned off last night after...
got back from a ride in the rain and now my aftermarket GPS will not shutdown 2 minutes after ignition off as it has for years, also i use this power as a feed switch to a relay for an extra usb...
it shocks you how low rating a lot of (good) brands are!...
