best i have had on my f8s is 256miles to 16.6 litrs of juice needed to brim it back so was running on fumes!

i swapped to "armstrong" wavey fronts n not had an issue

Its a 2006 model in Red, with Heated grips, Full On board computer.

mine went pop a while back and on the 1st one the stanchion had to be cut as the seal had expanded so much that it imbedded itself and was not able to come out and on the other side had to be burnt...

when my rear bearing went only 1/2 of the rear bearing seized it self, which in turn ground a nice channel in the rear axle.
to add the hub took a good amount of managing to get out as that too was...
my 06 with 48k on clock basically is worth approx 1800s trade in at best.

If you have a 2010 I believe as far as common knowledge is concerned that your model should have the new "BOBBIN" type discs unline my early one which does not have bobbins on the disc
both of the tires were defalted not due to anything coming into the tire ie from the road but quite the reverse!

well got the bike back today and well it came back with the baglux but was not installed correctly as they had put the front strap under the top yoke, instead of under the frame round the steering...

well looks like i might be returning to bm ownership after 1 week as had an inccident with the transalp which I do not wish to repeat!

i do like the newer pegaso with the yamaha 660 lump but with aprilia its kind of hit n miss, but stragly enough they make better mpg than the xt660 and both bike specs are similar!
