No cancer, not sarcoids this time. Not even much room in my lung, just other fungii. Yep, got a fungal infection in the left lung, so off to see another...
Well, the air has been sucked out and the balloon is fully reinflated and I'm back home. No heavy lifting or over- exerting myself for a couple of weeks. Just got to wait for the biopsy results now

With all the follow-up scans, there have been lumps showing up. Biopsies have shown them to be sarcoids.
So now I'm on steroids to try and control them. Latest...
