The Sun, The Sun! I have been getting the E-Bike out and peddling 10-12 miles to get back in shape after the wet, cold weather.

Rain and hail coming in sideways just now on ride home from last job of the day.

Rest of the United Kingdom has been little better over the last couple of weeks with reports of flooding in Wales, Northern England and severe gales around Scotland.

Wishing I was done under in OZ at the moment.

It got up to 12F today (-11C). Thankfully it's supposed to get into the 40's (7C) this weekend. I'll get out and make sure the bike still works this weekend. It's not often we can ride in February here!

Looks like we may get through Feb with no measurable snow. Have not needed to pull the snowblower out once this season. Bought it last year and only used twice.

Good news...I have been able to get in a respectable number of riding days this winter.

Not to go off-topic but which ebike do you ride, Phil? Been doing some research myself.

I think my buying my first snowblower last year started the no-snow curse. We bought this little guy in December thinking he would bring a winter feeling but he has not done his job.

No snow, rain, or even drizzle in the SF Bay Area for over a month and none predicted for the next two weeks. And this is supposed to be one of our rainiest months. Also, this is the first time I can recall when the temperature this winter hasn't dropped below 40 degrees F at my home. (During one winter in 1980 the temperature outside my home stayed at 20 degrees F for three days straight and froze several of my plants solid. They did not look good when they defrosted.)

Rad Power Rad Rover. They come out of Seattle and there is minor assembly. Less than half the price of purchasing at a Bike shop.

    And it works great!

I am, very much so. The Gorge has miles of newly built Hiking / Biking trail all along the river.

I put in 26 miles on the E-bike yesterday and plan to do some more riding as it looks to be a nice, sunny day coming up.

After about 40 days without rain since January, it is finally raining in the SF Bay Area. I picked up 1/2" this morning, but it has just stopped. Occasional showers are being predicted for the next few days. Finally, my grass will turn green again.

Yup, as reported the rain started at 1610. The rain kinda over shadowed the music coming out of my man cave and the outside speakers as i watched the garden lights from Harbor Freight glow in the dark. I'm home sequestering and being a good citizen.

38F and heavy rain - with moderate to gusty winds. Probably my least favorite weather (30s and rain) other than freezing rain.

I will put it in perspective though...my wife and I have both worked from home for many years. So we are social distancing with relatively little impact.

    44F rain, dark and cloudy.

Perfect weather to keep the out of town people back in their homes.
