Gotta speed up the post pace on our board so here's my 13' F7. It gets a new Pelican topcase this weekend!

Hi all...this is a bit embarrassing, but I joined here back in '09 when I still had my eye on an 800 ST. That didn't work out for me so well....ended up with a couple of Yamaha's instead.
But patience is a virtue I guess....cause my husband found this beauty up in Denver:

My new baby on the first day home. We've already installed AltRider crash bars & skid plate and waiting on a taller wind shield. I'm super excited...I feel like this bike was built for me!

It really is a great all around bike especially for pothole ridden city strreets.
I absolutely agree! This bike is a very good commuter, lots of fun on weekend sport rides, more than capable when the pavement ends, and even a very enjoyable tourer(if you don't need to constantly slab it). It's also very comfortable.....well, except for the stock seat(after a couple hundred miles).

The extra travel suspension makes riding pothole filled streets, while not quite enjoyable(I worry about denting a rim), much less bone jarring than a regular street bike.....even more so, if it's a sport bike.

The F700's light weight, good fuel economy and low cost to insure(at least for me) are just icing on the cake.

My F700 GS, Ostray Grey edition from 2015. Apparently that color was introduced a few years later here in Europe. [sure]

Have quite some Touratech/Wunderlich stuff on it since I got I good discount at the dealer.
Last three pictures are rear fender, radiator grill and headlight grill for off-road in the near future.

Only need to wait on the crash-bar extension now.
