My ST came with 2 seats, neither of which was very comfortable. My other bike, a 2008 Kawasaki Versys 650, had a similar problem. The folks on the Versys forum recommended a seat from Terry Adcox. That seat is all day comfortable. So I decided to do the same with my BMW.

My new seat came in this past weekend. Wow, what a difference! This is a bucket type seat without a lot of padding, but the actual comfort level if far superior to stock.

I would highly recommend Adcox seats to anyone. Mine cost $300. with core. The down side is that his seats are so popular that he has a @6 months backlog. It is worth the wait.

Nice looking seat. It also looks like you went for the big boy Madstad . . . . Love mine.

very nice, looks very comfortable too. ideal for touring but, wanting to be pedantic, seems it doesn't let an easy movement from side to side in sport riding.
