On the rare occasion my bike stalls at red lights,is raising the idle an option?

Nope, Not unless you remap it. But you might consider checking/cleaning your idle air control valve, cleaning your intakes, replacing your intake vacuum hoses (there's a newer design that prevents collapsing/pinching, but I just used fuel hose), cleaning your secondary air (exhaust) valve. You could also try to reset your throttle position sensor (key on, hold WOT for 5 sec, back to no throttle for 5 sec, repeat 5 times, then key off). Lastly, if you still aren't happy, you could get a booster plug. From my experience, the booster plug works temporarily, but the computer figures it out eventually. To keep it functional, I take mine off every few months for about a month, then put it back on.
