Not sure if anyone has done this but ive just made my WP43mm forks fully adjustible for a very small budget with a little bit of know how. Just used a pair of 43mm WP forks off a KTM 250 exc 2001 model, little bit of machining to the F800 bottom brackets to fit the forks and you have a set of adjustble rebound and compression forks with twin disk.

Not ridden much yet but sits way higher in the stroke, heavy springs on the way too. The stock ones were mushy and bottomed easily, so basic inside and not able to reshim ect. Way cheaper than wilbers or similar, will give it a good test at christmas for 3 weeks.
Disks were from ebay, stock ones were bent as its a crash damaged bike i fixed up. Nice chunky disks, work well and very reasonably priced

works amzinbgly well, used some .70 springs and i recon i could take it on a MX track. Cant bottom it, need a bit of additional rebound damping but compression is good, by far the cheapest way and most effective by the sound of it. Rear shock is a bit shit and ive ordered a wilbers, not a whole lot you can do with stock shock

Some Areas I can now get to on the 800, no problem
