The Healtech thunderbox enables you to connect multiple accessories
to your bike, the easy way. Red and Black to Battery- accessory red and blacks
to the snap open connectors. Black- negative. Green is the POSITIVE.
Very easy to connect and has led's on the box which show you various bits of info when the bike is
switched on. What took me so long was the *****y LHS (Gear side) Fairing.
Two Torx bolts front and back, but a circlip at the front. I managed to get it out to take
the fairing off and install the thunderbox- but I just could not figure how to get the circlip back in
on my 2018 F800r, so if anyone knows. please pass it on. The circlip is shown next to my ignition key.
    Cheers.

    Hy,
I own a F800R m.y.2009; usually I fit the side fairing in the slots you find on the upper side of the frame, then the front pin. After that I fit the circlip on, simply by hand, or using a corkscrew to press it on its groove, then tighten the screws. You can also turn the circlip until it stops against the plastic side, just to avoid it been to loose and vibrate. In 10 years I haven't lost a circlip, don't worry

Thanks Gunther. I will give it a try. It is very disappointing when you do work on your bike and cannot put it back together as it should go, now i will try again.

You're welcome, let me know if it works fine, or if you need a pic.
