Went for a spin on my “new’ bike yesterday, for a couple of hours. Have to say. My Arse (butt) was in poor shape after it.
Has anyone any experience of BMW comfort seat. Are they better? Are there better options? Thanks

The Comfort seat on my bike is an improvement over stock, but not perfect either. It seems to push the rider forward, crunching and heating the crown jewels. It would be fantastic for passengers but I think a small alteration is needed to make it suit the front rider or simply remove the crunched bits.

Cheers. I’ve bought one off e-bay, hasn’t arrived yet. I’ll give it a go.
I guess everyone’s unique and one size/ shape doesn’t fit all. Would of thought gel/ memory foam is the way to go for manufacturers, but who knows.

Another option is to get an Airhawk seat cushion. They work best when there's very little air in them. The less air, the better.

Gel seats don't seem to help.

I’ve ordered a sheepskin cover. It’ll look a bit mad maxish, but cheap and are supposed to be ok. I’ll report back.
