Looking for some advice on a lift for the forks on my F800GSA. I have a front lift for my V-Strom, but it uses a pin into the bottom of the steering head and I think the F800GS is lifted from the bottom of the forks. There are lots of lifts on the market, but I'm leery that one that is the right height for lifting a sport bike with a 17" front wheel will work on a bike with a 21" front wheel.

Do you have one that you're using that works well? Fill me in!

    Thanks,

If you put the bike on it's center stand then a small jack under the oil pan will lift the front, it's surprisingly stable this way.

Right - I've had both wheels off bikes using that system, but I prefer to support the bike on paddock stands if possible!
